Home at last!

It sure is nice to be home. Today they tested my hearing, eyes, and a whole bunch of other things. It was exhausting for me since I'm tiny and don't have much patience for prodding. I squeal like a little girl because the doctors usually take off my blankets and poke me.

I passed all of my tests though - without studying. I even passed the carseat test. Honestly, I don't know how other babies fail that one. I still don't even know what they tested!

Mommy and Daddy took me home in my car carrier. I wanted Daddy to carry me in his arms, but there was a hushed discussion about "safety" and I knew I wouldn't be so lucky. Maybe when they have their slings I'll get to ride close to them.

Tonight I drank 55ml of Mommy's milk and it was quite nice to do it in my own bedroom. The roommates I had in the TCU were all nice, but sometimes a little fussy and distracting. I do hope Haily, James, Antoinette, and Aaron get to go home soon, though!

So, let's see... I kept my little sign which says "WILLA NOELLE" (the nurses made it for me) from my vital signs monitor. It's cute and I'm going to ask Mommy and Daddy to hold on to it as a keepsake. Also, my cap is actually the same cap the nurses placed on my head a few minutes after I was born on the 8th of May. I like to wear it now to stay warm and remind me of that special day.

I'm so tired now and ready for bed. But, I think I will have one more snack and then sleep.

Good night (Daddy typed this for me, in case you didn't figure that out)
